Film on Film #9

Ferrania Solaris FG Plus 200
#2070. Fuji Instax Mini, Lomography Diana F+ with Instant Back.
Here are four rolls of expired film I have shot with and one roll that I have yet to shoot. First up is Ferrania Solaris FG Plus 200. I love Solaris film and have almost always had very good results with it. Sadly, I’m all out of the 200 ISO.

Imation Scotch Color HP100
#2071. Fuji Instax Mini, Lomography Diana F+ with Instant Back.
I was very excited by the results I got shooting Imation Scotch Color HP100. It performed just like fresh film. I have another roll of HP100 in the freezer and can’t wait to use it. I also have some HP200 and HP400. Hopefully, they will perform just as well. The label on this film is not the original, but was instead created by Labeauratoire.

Kodak Elite Chrome 100
#2072. Fuji Instax Mini, Lomography Diana F+ with Instant Back.
I cross-processed my first roll of Kodak Elite Chrome 100 and loved the results. It gave me photos with warm colours as well as photos with cool colours, all of the same scene. I have another roll in the freezer and I’m torn on whether to process it in E-6 chemistry or to cross-process it in C-41.

Perutz PR 100
#2073. Fuji Instax Mini, Lomography Diana F+ with Instant Back.
This is Perutz PR 100. I was happy with the results it gave me, but I much prefer the newer Perutz Primera film to this one. I have one more roll of PR 100 in the freezer.

Fuji Astia 100
#2074. Fuji Instax Mini, Lomography Diana F+ with Instant Back.
I haven’t yet shot this roll of Fuji Astia 100. I’m curious to see how it compares with the film that replaced it, Fuji Astia 100F. I have shot a few rolls of Astia 100F in the past, always with excellent results. I’m hoping that Astia 100 will perform just as well.
